Advanced Claims Technology

Technology that supports faster, more accurate claim outcomes.

Eberl’s technology connects the entire claim lifecycle through secure integrations, AI-assisted workflows, and experienced professionals. The result: faster decisions, fewer errors, and better outcomes for carriers, contractors, and policyholders alike.

Eberl's connected technology systems

Integrations at every stage to help you move claims forward.

Eberl’s two-way integrations allow adjusters to assign work, monitor progress, and access completed reports in the claims management system they already use. Claim data, statuses, notes, photos, and files sync automatically between systems, reducing duplicate entry, system switching, and manual file transfers. Adjusters spend less time coordinating outsourced work and more time moving claims forward.

1. Intake & Assignment

Seamless integration enables adjusters to assign inspection and field work directly from their native claims environment without duplicate entry or manual routing.

2. Inspection & Scoping

Eberl’s proprietary app guides our inspectors and drone pilots through the same step-by-step process on every property. Consistent inspections produce consistent reports – with geo-tagged, high-res images mapped onto a 3D roof model – so desk adjusters can write the estimate and close the claim faster: in 5 days or less.

3. Analysis & Estimating

AI-enabled workflows take on the routine work so our people can focus on the claim. A licensed desk adjuster backs every decision. AI gives carriers speed; Eberl’s expertise gives them accuracy, judgment, and control. Structured outputs – including diagrams, annotated imagery, and formatted estimates – flow directly back into carrier systems, giving desk teams immediate access without chasing information.

4. Repair & Resolution

Connected workflows align documentation, payments, and performance expectations for faster, more predictable claim resolution. Centralized dashboards and scorecards track cycle times, quality, and SLAs.

AI-enabled for speed and consistency.
Expert, human oversight for accuracy and defensibility.

Eberl’s AI is designed to support speed and file consistency – not to replace judgment. Intelligent automation accelerates inspection and analysis, while licensed professionals validate every critical outcome.

Eberl’s proprietary inspection app guides our inspectors and drone pilots through the same step-by-step process on every property. Standardized workflows and flight paths ensure complete coverage, prevent missed zones, and deliver consistent results across every inspection.

Using a dataset of 50+ million high-resolution images, AI models identify hail, wind uplift, and roof penetrations with verified accuracy above 95%, accelerating assessment and improving consistency.

Technology helps pinpoint damage severity, reduce supplements, and help identify inconsistencies or potential fraud early in the claim cycle. Eberl’s analysis tools use aerial imagery to create a 3D point-cloud model of the roof, identify individual facets, and overlay high-resolution photos in their exact location. Adjusters get a clear view of what was observed and where, supporting faster, more informed decisions.

Proprietary claim-matching technology aligns each file with the right professional based on license, experience, and location, improving speed, quality, and outcomes.

Eberl checks adjuster licenses against NIPR every night and uses Profile Gorilla, FAA records, and Aloft to monitor business licenses, insurance, drone pilot certification, and flight clearances, including for repair contractors. Lapsed credentials are caught before they’re a problem, so carriers spend less time auditing rosters.

Images, notes, and reports upload instantly and integrate directly into carrier systems, giving you the visibility and control to make faster, more accurate decisions.

Technology that moves claims forward,
faster, and keeps you in control.

Integrations and workflows that meet you where you work.

Two-way carrier system integrations built for you.

Eberl’s in-house development team builds and maintains direct connections to carrier claims management systems such as Guidewire, Snapsheet, and XactAnalysis using REST APIs, SFTP, or direct database connections – at no development cost to the carrier. Assignments, claim data, status updates, notes, photos, and documents sync both ways in real time, so the claim file in the carrier’s system is always current. Carrier IT teams don’t have to build or maintain the integration.

Connections to industry claims tools made for you.

Eberl works with the third-party tools carriers know, including HOVER, EagleView, and DocuSketch. Measurements, images, and inspection documents flow into the same claim file as the rest of Eberl’s work, so carriers can add capacity without switching vendors or changing how their teams work.

You’re in the loop – see exactly what Eberl sees.

Eberl’s portal runs on the same system our back-office team uses to manage every assignment, so carriers see exactly what Eberl sees, in real time. Adjusters who don’t use a system integration can use the portal to track each claim and its related assignments, including statuses, notes, communications, documents, SLA performance, and cycle times, in one place. With no gap between what Eberl and the carrier can see, it’s easier to spot delays, address service gaps, and coordinate with Eberl throughout the claim.

How our two-way system integration works

1. Eberl connects with your existing systems

Eberl’s in-house development team builds and maintains a secure, two-way connection with your claims management system.

2. Assignment data flows directly to Eberl

When you initiate an assignment, the relevant claim data automatically flows to Eberl. The platform creates one claim record and groups related Independent Adjusting, Inspection, and Managed Repair assignments together. Your adjusters don’t have to re-enter information or create duplicate files in another portal.

3. Eberl matches the assignment with a qualified claims professional

Eberl’s claims-matching technology evaluates more than 200 data points, including licensing, background checks, location, availability, experience, and carrier-specific requirements, to find qualified claims professionals. Based on your preferred workflow, Eberl can manage the assignment or allow your adjusters to select from an approved roster.

4. Activity syncs back to your system

Appointment activity, check-ins, statuses, notes, photos, and other documentation sync back to your claims management system in real time. Your adjusters can track outsourced work from the system they already use without relying on separate portals, emails, or status calls.

5. Completed files return to the claim

Once the work is complete, Eberl sends reports, estimates, measurements, and organized photo files directly to the claim in your system. When applicable, Eberl can also consolidate Managed Repair invoices, making it easier to review documentation and process payment.

Complete visibility into your claims, in real time.

Appointment attendance verified. Policyholders taken care of.

Eberl’s inspection app uses geofencing to confirm that inspectors are at the assigned property when they check in. If an inspector hasn’t checked in within five minutes of the scheduled appointment, our support team is alerted and follows up with both the inspector and the policyholder. Arrivals are verified by location rather than self-reported, so carriers can trust punctuality data, and late arrivals and no-shows are addressed before they escalate.

Real-time sentiment analysis to reduce policyholder churn.

AI-assisted tools transcribe recorded policyholder calls and flag signs of frustration or dissatisfaction. Supervisors and desk adjusters can review the call, understand the policyholder’s concerns, and follow up before a concern becomes a complaint. Issues are handled earlier, so fewer escalations reach the carrier.

Complete SLA visibility and cycle-time monitoring to keep you informed.

Real-time tracking shows claims leaders how much work is unassigned, assigned, or in progress and whether SLA and cycle-time expectations are being met. During CAT events, carriers can monitor Eberl’s response to changing claim volumes, identify potential capacity gaps, and coordinate with Eberl to adjust deployment as needed.

Never search your inbox again with our centralized communication history.

Voicemail recordings, text messages, and detailed notes from every policyholder interaction are kept together on the claim in one timeline. Adjusters can see what was said and when, without searching through separate systems or email threads.

Get faster cycle times with reduced administrative work.

One workflow for every Eberl service

Desk adjusters send Independent Adjusting, Inspection, and Managed Repair assignments from the same workflow, and Eberl groups all work under one claim record. Instead of managing a separate vendor and portal for each service, adjusters work with one partner and one claim record. No more duplicate data entry.

Complete documentation delivered to the claim file

Images, notes, measurements, estimates, and reports are delivered back to the claim file in the carrier’s system – in one organized package. Adjusters can review the complete file right away, without chasing missing photos, measurements, or reports.

Standardized, organized, reliable inspection data

Our platform labels and organizes inspection photos into a standardized, carrier-ready set that includes annotations and geolocation data. Desk adjusters can review clearly identified images without downloading, renaming, or sorting hundreds of individual files.

AI-assisted claims intake reduces data entry time

Eberl’s intake tools pull key details, such as policy numbers, loss dates, and property addresses, from emails, PDF attachments, and other incoming documents, then convert them into structured claim data for our team to review and ensure accuracy. Assignments reach the right workflow faster with less manual data entry, in less time.

Speed and scalability to help you serve more policyholders.

Claims matching across 200+ data points

Eberl’s matching system evaluates more than 200 data points to find qualified claims professionals for each assignment. It weighs licensing, background checks, insurance, business standing, location, workload, carrier-specific requirements, and up to 60 measures of adjuster experience. The system then sends mobile offers to eligible professionals, helping carriers add capacity faster for everyday volume and CAT events without compromising quality or compliance.

AI-assisted FNOL and emergency dispatch

Eberl’s FNOL workflow answers policyholder calls, collects initial loss details, checks available coverage information in the carrier’s system, creates the claim file, and dispatches eligible emergency services, such as water mitigation. Carriers can respond faster when claim volume spikes, while claims professionals stay focused on calls that need personal support, expertise, or judgment.

(Note: This feature is currently in beta.)

Consistent, defensible claim outcomes with audit-ready documentation are our priority.

Proprietary guided inspection workflows

Eberl’s mobile app guides certified drone pilots and inspectors through a standardized inspection sequence, prompting them to capture required photos, property details, and areas of interest in a consistent order. Because Eberl owns and controls the platform, it can refine capture requirements and tailor report outputs as carrier and industry needs evolve. This gives adjusters more complete, consistent information from the first visit, supporting accurate estimates while reducing missed details, reinspections, and rework.

AI-assisted damage detection and 3D roof modeling

Eberl’s analysis tools use aerial imagery to create a 3D point-cloud model of the roof, identify individual facets, and overlay high-resolution photos in their exact location. The technology flags potential hail and wind damage and missing shingles, and identifies pipe jacks, vents, and other roof penetrations for professional review. This gives adjusters a clear, property-level view of what was observed and where, supporting faster, more informed damage assessments and estimating decisions.

Automated, customized billing and invoice controls

Eberl’s platform checks every invoice, across all Eberl services, against pre-programmed fee schedules and each carrier’s billing guidelines, then flags discrepancies for review. Because invoices are validated before they reach the carrier, there’s no need for a separate invoice-review tool. Claims teams get consistent, accurate billing and spend less time resolving exceptions.

Carrier-specific workflows and assignment controls

Eberl configures inspection workflows, assignment rules, provider networks, and billing controls around each carrier’s requirements. Carriers can set rules for approved rosters, provider eligibility, assignment routing, and invoice validation, adding capacity while keeping control over who handles the work and how claims are managed.

Industry-leading data security to protect carriers, policyholders, and providers.

SOC 2 Type II security controls

Eberl shares its SOC 2 Type II report and completes carrier security assessments, covering system access and data-protection protocols, so carrier security and IT teams can approve Eberl as a vendor with fewer delays.

Private, client-safe AI environments

Eberl does not use carrier or policyholder data to train its AI models. Our AI operates within private Azure-hosted instances, keeping policyholder information, GPS coordinates, photos, and claims data within Eberl’s secure environment. Your data is never accessed by outside or public models or systems.

Automated credential verification

Every night, Eberl’s platform checks adjuster licenses against the National Insurance Producer Registry (NIPR) and uses Profile Gorilla to confirm active business licenses and insurance coverage, including for repair contractors and service providers. It also runs automated background checks on field professionals, checks drone pilots’ Part 107 certificates against FAA records, and uses Aloft to manage flight clearances. Because credentials are checked throughout the claim, not just at onboarding or assignment, an expired license, lapsed coverage, or flight-compliance issue doesn’t go unnoticed, and carriers spend less time auditing rosters.

A better policyholder experience helps reduce churn and build long-term loyalty.

Self-service appointment scheduling

When an eligible assignment enters Eberl’s system, the policyholder receives a mobile-friendly scheduling link by email and text. They can select and confirm an available appointment or reschedule if needed. Carriers can schedule inspections faster, reduce manual coordination, and give policyholders more control over the experience.

Policyholder status updates

Eberl’s platform sends policyholders text updates as work on their claim progresses. Fewer policyholders call to ask where things stand, so claims teams spend less time on routine status inquiries.

Proactive updates for late arrivals and no-shows

Geofencing and in-app check-ins show when an inspector is running late or hasn’t arrived. When that happens, Eberl’s support team knows within minutes and contacts the policyholder directly, so no one is left waiting without an update.
